Matchmade is an easy-to-use platform that brings advertisers and influencers together for targeted and measured campaigns. I was part of a team at Kokku where we delivered a new website and illustrations based on a comprehensive UX & Creative strategy.
Together with Matchmade’s marketing team we quickly found a common understanding on which direction to develop the brand and website. The strategy revolved about the idea of fun, making data more relatable and mathematical precision, hence the delightful isometric illustrations.
My role personally was that of an art director, creative, illustrator and UX strategist. The strategy was created in collaboration with Eemeli Vanhanen and illustrations with Camilla Sirén.

“Don’t spray and pray, give your games the audience that matters.”
A piece of copy I wrote as a slogan to advertisers. It was meant to communicate Matchmade’s understanding of the gaming culture and their empathy towards the ultimate industry problem: generating an audience. I wrote more snippets like this to better communicate our ideas for the informational structure of the site. Matchmade marketing team took them on and steered them more accurately to their marketing efforts.
